Meet Chloe and Skye: Over 30 ***** star reviews: 5.0 out of 5 stars What a great story that will have you eating out of her hand and wanting more!, By Amazon Customers
This reviews are from: More Than Friends (The Friend Zone Series Book 1) (Kindle Edition) This book had me drawn right from the beginning. I was at the edge waiting to know what would happen next! I was drawn to different bonds between all the characters and what they brought to the story. I tugged at my heart, it made me laugh, teary eyed, need to bust out a fan, and most of all wait to see where it would take me.
I finished this book and I had not had enough by a long shot....so.....I started Forever & More immediately!
This debut book for this writer was fantastic and a roaring start and sneak of what she can bring. I love the writing style she has, the feelings she pulls out of you and most of all the way it holds me there til the very last page. I can't wait for great things from Tabetha. http://www.barnesandnoble.com/s/tabetha-thompson?store=allproducts&keyword=tabetha+thompson http://www.amazon.com/Tabetha-Thompson/e/B00NBWRNO0/ref=sr_ntt_srch_lnk_1?qid=1421010763&sr=8-1

Tabetha has the ability to make her characters jump off the page, they are so well written that I see and hear them as I'm reading. A love story, friendships put to the test and betrayal, all that and then some make More Than Friends a must read. I can't recommend Tabetha's work highly enough!~ Debby- Amazon *****
The sexual chemistry is still present in this book but it is put on hold to handle more important things. Rest assure, there is still some steaminess, Tabetha knows what her readers like. I love that there are real life elements to these books. The focus in this book is still on domestic abuse but also the seriousness of drug addiction. I don't want to give too much away but I could write forever about how much I loved this book.~ Cassidy- Amazon *****
My heart was broken, put back together, and broken again. I wasn't sure I could fall more in love with Skye and Chloe but I was wrong~ Kayla- Amazon *****
Tabetha Thompson did not just write a SHORT, SEXY, and FUN novel, but she did a great job in writing a story about survival. Chloe is a survivor, her strength and courage is admirable. You can’t help but just love this girl and all those people around her.~ Book Freak- Amazon *****
Chloe Thomas is a small town girl with small town dreams. All she wanted from life was to live and be happy. She's tormented by a past relationship that she can’t seem to escape; Chloe feels like her only option is to swear off men completely. Two years later, the self-imposed “man-ban” is still going strong, but then Skye walks back into her life.
Skye Carter left Bartow thirteen years ago an awkward, pimple-faced boy who didn’t quite fit in, but the man that returns evokes a white-hot fire inside of her.
Chloe is the only woman Skye has ever loved and he’s not about to let her slip through his fingers again. Just when Skye thinks he’s finally broken down the walls of stone that surround Chloe’s heart, something happens that will leave them both devastated and broken. Are they strong enough to survive?

My husband Bill and I have been together eleven wonderful years. We live in upstate South Carolina with our two beautiful daughters Emma Grace and Haili Louise and our pit-bull, Bruno. Deep down, I always wanted to be a writer. I always thought I would write about my personal life and my own troubled past, but there was another story brewing inside of me.
When I was 17, I had a friend who was in an abusive relationship and couldn’t see how bad the situation was for her. I put a similar story on paper and let her read it with other people’s names attached to it. I played it off like I wanted her opinion. First off, she thought I was nuts for wanting to write a book. If you knew me, you would understand I am the most southern-slang, illiterate person you will ever meet, but that’s what editors are for, right?
I asked her what she thought of it and she was appalled at the female’s behavior. She couldn’t believe how she was so easily manipulated into doing things she wouldn’t normally do, and how the man treated the woman. So I asked her, “How is that different from your situation?” Her face lit up as she had an ‘aha’ moment. Then she realized what I was doing and got really pissed.
She didn’t talk to me for a month, which was the longest we had gone without speaking in the year we had been friends. One day she called me and insisted that we go to lunch. I was not prepared for what I saw when I arrived and sat across from her in a booth.
She looked up at me and I immediately noticed her black eye and busted lip. We talked about what had happened and what her options were. She left him, but went back to him several weeks later.
My friend died two weeks after she left my home. He had come home drunk and for reasons only he knew, he beat her until she was dead and then killed himself. A beautiful person was lost in an act of violence and I wrote this story for her.
If you are like my friend, please get help while you can. You are precious and mean something to someone. There is someone out there that loves you and needs you. There is someone out there that smiles every time they think of you. If you feel like you have no one, then please know you have me. I may be a stranger and live on the other side of the world from you but your life means something to me. I will do whatever I can to ensure that someone else doesn’t suffer my friend’s fate. Email me and I will help you find the appropriate resources needed to help you.
